Volley app scoring a squash match

Volley scores squash properly — PAR-11 or PAR-15 (your choice), best-of-3 or best-of-5 game formats, and a clean way to record lets and strokes when you need them. No menu diving, no fiddly toggles. Pick your format, start the match, and tap.

Scoring

How Volley scores squash

  • PAR-11 (point a rally to 11)

The modern WSF standard. First to 11, win by two. Best-of-3 or best-of-5 game match formats.

  • PAR-15 (point a rally to 15)

Older but still common in some clubs. Toggle it on at match setup and Volley uses 15-point games instead.

  • Lets and strokes

Tap to record a let or a stroke when there's interference. Volley adds it to the play-by-play so you can review the match afterwards.

  • Best of 3 or 5

Pick the match format up front. Volley handles the side switching and ends the match at the right moment.

  • Singles only

Squash is singles by convention; Volley supports singles only for this sport.

Tournaments

Run a squash tournament

Squash tournaments are usually single elimination because matches take a while and round robin gets long. Volley handles bracket draws, seeding, and live updates — or use the free Tournament Bracket Maker on the website to generate your draw without the app.

Ratings

Track your squash rating

Squash benefits more than most sports from a good rating system because the gaps between recreational and competitive players are huge. Volley's four-tier system (Club / Competitor / Master / Pro) is calibrated for that. Beat someone in the tier above you and your rating jumps; play down and the gains shrink fast.
